Dora

Dora is a spirited 7-year-old Latin-American heroine. In every episode, Dora and her best friend, a monkey named Boots, invite the audience to participate in an exciting adventure. Each step of the journey presents some kind of problem or puzzle, and Dora and the viewer must think their way through the adventure.

Dora is proudly bilingual and uses that knowledge to communicate with her friends, overcome obstacles and reach her goal, teaching viewers a new word or phrase in a second language in every episode.
The show is designed to actively engage pre-schoolers in a play-along quest, using many styles of learning.
